Bonpoint FW 2014

I love kids. As far as I know, I want to have 2 babies. Yeppers!!! Just how you hear it. Maybe you won´t see me on the cover of Vanity Fair a la´Demi Moore, but maybe I´ll be just like Ricky Martin. Leaving aside my fertility issues (I have a small vagina......), I´ve always thought about how cool it must be to dress up your kids. At least when they are 0-10 years you can still have a choice in their sartorial decisiones. That´s why, when I knew that Bonpoint is now available in Mexico I freaked out! They have the cutest-coolest clothes for the little ones. I definitely need to start thinking about having them ASAP, because I need to buy tons of pieces at Bonpoint.

DIY: Mixing Prints

Sometimes we are more afraid of mixing prints, than to lose our virginity. In then at some point you are going to have to do it (if you love fashion.....and sex). The best part is that once you do it, you kind of became addicted to it! Now, I´m talking about fashion (or sex), which is kind of exciting. I was very closed to the idea of wearing different prints, but I decided to try it this week. I said to myself, "How about mixing camouflage, with snake skin print and paint brushes?", and I went for it. I guess the result was pretty cool, but that´s something that I don´t decide, you do!

Beauty 411: Redken Fashion Work 12 Hairspray

Beauty Mondays are back! Sorry for the lack of posts lately, but I was trying to get used to my new job (yes guys, another job in just six months but that´s something that you´ll know on Wednesday). Anyway, we are back on track babies cause we were born this way!!! What the fuck am I saying? Ok let´s just start with the beauty review.

Hairspray is one of my main beauty products! I mean, trying to keep up with my hair is more difficult than to keep up with the Kardashians. Yes, I totally know that it´s the worst thing for the environment, but my hair is messy. It´s long an straight (something that I´m clearly not), and that´s why I need good and hard hairspray. One that will keep your hair up through the entire day (kind of like Viagra but for your head.) I always use Caprice, and my friends actually make fun of me, because they say it´s cheap and it´s not cool. I just say fuck off, but one day they insisted in trying something different. Redken is one of my favorite brands, so they gave a fashion work 12 spray by Redken so I could try it. We are now talking about professional products, the ones that they use backstage at New York Fashion Week, and I was feeling pretty secure about my new product. The thing is that I didn´t liked it! Kill me and cut my throat, but I applied and my hair felt wet, and just without any texture. One hour later my hair was completely down, without any fixation! Maybe it´s such a pro-product that we mortals, shouldn´t be using, but for me it was not perfection in a bottle. I think that it´s cute and good, if you are looking just to give some shape to your hair, but it won´t keep it up for a lot of time.

Style Icon: Jules from St. Elmo´s Fire

Oh Demi Moore, you were sort of the fashion icon of all of the 80´s girls. I mean, when did you transformed yourself into a uber sexy woman in a bikini? Maybe sometimes it was better before, and on St. Elmo´s Fire here character just had an amazing style. She was just finishing school, and living it up!!! Pink dresses and fur for going to have some cocktails after work? Totally!!!!! Can we go back to the 80´s please.
